In the bow, the ship was skinny at the waterline and widened as you got farther from the water line. That means, when that area fills with water, it wouldnt weigh down the bow nearly as much as the deck above it.and THAT deck wouldnt weigh as much as the deck above that etc. ![]() ![]() one major issue I thought of was that in the front of the ship, the bottom most deck is actually the thinnest part of the ship and in real life, it was only a tunnel the firemen used to get to boiler room 6. I was thinking a lot about the Titanic sinking and the limits of the 2d engine. I would be curious to hear what my fellow sinking enthusiasts think about this.
